- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size, open plan with the seating area. The decor is made in a style reminiscent of 1970s, with brown and beige colours and ceilings like mirrors.
- Location - The hotel is situated 5 minutes' walk from the Gare du Nord, in a large and lively avenue. Guests can find many restaurants, shops and all kinds of public transport close to the hotel.
- Restaurant - The breakfast room is decorated in the same style as all public areas. It is furnished with black wooden tables and chairs.
- Rooms - The rooms are small in size and in poor condition. They are simply furnished and decorated.
