- Exterior - The building is very modern, with tinted glass windows.
- General - From the swimming-pool guests will appreciate the sea views, with Nice's Mediterranean harbour and the background landscape of the Provencal Hills.
- Lobby - The lobby is large, with a modern reception and is tastefully decorated.
- Location - The hotel is situated near the city centre as well as near the exhibition centre and the Acropolis. The Opera and the old town are also within easy reach.
- Restaurant - The restaurant offers simple and freshly prepared regional specialities.
- Rooms - The rooms are large, plainly decorated in a modern style. They are all furnished with a large double bed and one single bed. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in a good condition.
