- Exterior - The building is tall, modern from the 70's.
- General - The hotel has got an underground carpark which is very usefull in the city of Nice.
- Lobby - The lobby is large , decorated in a modern style, offering some windows display.
- Location - Located in a quiet part near the town center, just 10 -15 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais, and not far from shops and restaurants.
- Restaurant - There is a restaurant called "Le Patio" offering a regional cuisine.
- Rooms - The rooms are large, simply but nicely decorated with some warm Mediterranean colours. The furniture is basic but comfortable. Both rooms and bathrooms are in good condition.
