- Exterior - The building is large, bright and modern.
- General - 11/01sl
- Lobby - As you enter the building the reception area is situated on the left handside, modern and quite open. Straight ahead there is the sitting and the breakfast room. Generally the lobby is of a medium size.
- Location - The hotel is located not too far from the Acropolis center and the harbour of Nice and about 3 km from the station in the center.
- Restaurant -
- Rooms - The rooms are basics but very fonctionnals. Decorated in a modern,plain style. The rooms are of a medium size. The bathrooms have very large shower cubicle only. Both rooms and bathrooms are in good condition.
