- Location - The hotel has an excellent location, right in the heart of the shopping area of Nice.

- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and all decorated in a modern style. The rooms are in exceptional condition, although somewhat lacking in character. They are all clean, presentable and equipped with full facilities.
