- Exterior - The building facade is protected by the city of Nice, as just opposite the church. However this will need some restoration.
- General - Ideal property to enjoy the close access of shops and restaurants. 0302sl
- Lobby - The lobby is small, it is actually more a reception area decorated in a modern style. The stairs leads you to the breakfast area and the rooms.
- Location - The hotel is in a prime location, right on the city center main avenue Jean Medecin, directly opposite the little church Notre Dame. Shops and restaurants are all around and the Promenade des Anglais about 800 meters away.
- Restaurant -
- Rooms - The rooms vary in size from small to large. They are very nicely decorated in a modern provencal style and floor board, with bright colours for the curtains and the bedspreads. Both rooms and showers rooms are in good conditions.
