• Lobby - The lobby is small, it is actually more a tiny reception area where guests are greeted and then a staircase leads onto a sitting area, breakfast area and the rooms.
• Location - This hotel is located in the heart of Nice, just next door to the Galerie Lafayette on the main avenue. Only 50 meters away from the Massena gardens and the sea front on the Promenade des Anglais.

• Rooms - The rooms vary in size from small to medium. They are decorated in a modern , and simple style yet very comfortable. The toilets are separated from the bathrooms. Both rooms and bathrooms are in good conditions.
