- Exterior - This is an attractive traditional building, dating from the beginning of the century. All the public areas of the hotel and the majority of the rooms have been completely renovated.
- General - Since its renovation this hotel is now very pleasant indeed and has a nice relaxing atmosphere about it.0301/0301ZS
- Lobby - The lobby area is medium in size and has been very pleasantly decorated in an art deco style. Its attractive light colour scheme offers a very bright, clean appearance. There is also a very pleasant bar and seating area which have both been attractively decorated in soft colours.
- Location - This hotel has an ideal location in the centre of Nice, opposite the Espace Massena Gardens, with their beautiful fountains.
- Restaurant - The hotel has one restaurant, which serves traditional cuisine.
- Rooms - The renovated rooms have been very well appointed with attractive soft furnishings and are in very good condition. The rooms which have not been renovated look rather tired in comparison and are in poor condition. They are all medium size.
