- Lobby - The lobby is very small.
- Location - The hotel is located right in the centre of Nice, near the Place Massena, and not far from the Promenade Des Anglais.
- Restaurant - The breakfast room is very cosy and homely.
- Rooms - The rooms are small to medium in size and plainly decorated. They are very basic but perfectly comfortable. Both the rooms and bathrooms are in good condition.
