- Exterior - The building is modern and very New as the hotel only opened in 1994.

- Lobby - The lobby is very impressive in size,as very large and very bright. It has a modern decoration and a beautiful dome on the ceiling.
- Location - The hotel is located next to the sanctuary.
- Restaurant - The hotel also has a restaurant which serves traditional meals. One of the big asset of the hotel is its indoor, heated swimming pool which can be enjoyed the all year around. "la Solitude" is really one of the nicest hotel in Lourdes and offer the standing ofa 4-star hotel whereas it remains a 3- star.
- Rooms - All the rooms are air-conditioned and very large.Both roomsand bathrooms are in exceptional condition as the hotel is brand New.
