- Location - The hotel is located close to the sanctuary.
- Restaurant - The restaurant area is quite large and offers a good quality meal. The hotel is of very good standing compared to the other hotels in Lourdes.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are large, modern but remain very simple in style.Both bathrooms and rooms are in very good condition.
