- Exterior - It is a nice, traditional building.
- General - The hotel is a good, family run hotel renovated to a good standard.sl0201
- Lobby - The lobby has a definite Spanish style and opens up onto different, comfortably furnished, modern lounges.
- Location - This hotel is centrally located on the "paradis" avenue, on the banks of the river "gave". It is about a 10 minutes walk from the sanctuaries, if you are fit.
- Restaurant - There is one restaurant in this hotel separated into 2 rooms,one large dining room, mainly used for groups, and a smaller, secluded, quieter one, reserved for smaller parties and individual clients. Both serve traditional set menus, although a small a la carte menu is possible except in the individual's corner.
- Rooms - All the bedrooms are of medium size. They have all been entirely refurbished to a high standard with a very welcoming and refreshing decor, quite unique for a Lourdes'hotel.Both rooms and bathrooms are of a very good standard.
