- Exterior - The building is modern and large in a white color. The hotel is actually on the steep road.
- General - Eventhough the hotel is not on the door step of the grotto of lourdes , it a good property for clients that want to go on a pilgrimage.0700SL
- Lobby - The lobby is very large and modern with a stone effect floor. Eventhough the entrance and reception area are spacious, it is still very welcoming. The hotel in general is very large and there are lots of different public area for the guests to move around , bar area ,tv room etc...
- Location - The hotel is located near the city center and not too far from the grotto .
- Restaurant - The restaurant like the rest of the building is large and will provide the clients with a traditional cuisine.
- Rooms - The rooms sizes vary from medium to large. They are plainely decorated in neutral colour, but are very confortable and will provide to the guests all the services they can expect in an hotel of this standard
