- Lobby - The large lobby is quite cheerful and decorated an a contemporary style. It is located on various low levels with many seating areas around the bar area which is the focus.
- Location - This hotel is located half way up a hill close to the Sanctuaries and other devotional areas of Lourdes. It is quite a way from the main railway station. Public transport hardly exists.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is seperated from the lobby area and is a plain, basic room with large tables and windows overlooking the street.
- Rooms - The rooms are modern and functional, clean and comfortable. The decor is plain, but the rooms offer all the traveller needs in terms of basic comforts.
