- Lobby - The lobby is of small size and includes a sitting area.
- Location - The Mercure Yachtman is located right in the wharf of the old port in the city center.
- Restaurant - The restaurant yachtman inside the hotel is tastfully decorated with a view of the port. It offers gastronomic cuisine. Hotel includes an outside pool in a pretty court where breakfast and refreshments can be taken. 3 meeting rooms seating 20 to 100 guests with a view of the port are available. 31/08/98 (from brochure)
- Rooms - The rooms are of small size in a marine style. They are all equipped with hair-dryers, satellite tv with canal plus and minibar.
