- Lobby - The lobby area is medium in size. It is decorated in a nice style always functional and comfortable for its guests.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the heart of the city of Grenoble, bordering the gardens of the Palace Victor Hugo and pedestrian zones, facing the Vercors moutains. The hotel is well connected by bus and train which stations are just 300 metres away and also the tram stop is 20 metres far from the hotel.
- Restaurant - The hotel has no restaurant but has got a breakfast room where buffet breakfast is served every day. They do have room service available.
- Rooms - The hotel offers 62 soundproofed and air-conditioned rooms. They vary in size and decoration is kept similar in all of them. The furniture is functional and the colours used are pleasant.
