- Lobby - The lobby area is small, but bright and modern, and open plan with the bar and lounge areas. The seating area is under a veranda overlooking the street, and offers guests a comfortable atmosphere in which to relax.
- Location - The hotel is located in the eastern suburbs of Paris and ideally located for clients travelling to Euro Disney. It is 1 minute walk from the RER station Val de Fontenay, and 20 minutes by rail to central Paris.
- Restaurant - The restaurant "jardin du Val" offers a welcoming atmosphere in which guests can enjoy good French cuisine.
- Rooms - The bedrooms and bathrooms are small but in good condition. They are furnished in the same modern fashion as the rest of the hotel.
