- Exterior - Very modern building with 13 floors, built in the middle of the La Defense business district.
- General - 3 star residence classified as a superior tourist class property. The location is ideal for guests who do not mind to being located on the periphery of Paris. (0600/0201PM)
- Lobby - It is medium in size with a large stone reception desk. The decor is very modern in style, made up of white and beige colours. Many walls and pillars are totally covered with high mirrors that give an impression of bright light and space.
- Location - The residence is situated on the heart of "La Defense" district, one metro stop from the huge Arch, and one RER stop from the Champs Elysees and the Arch de Triomphe.
- Restaurant - There is no restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast room is on the ground floor, an attractive peaceful place where guests can enjoy the first meal of the day.
- Rooms - Studios and apartments are in good condition. The decor is simple with grey carpet, white walls and modern wooden furniture.
