- Lobby - The lobby area is small however very deceptive as the bar on the other part of the floor is very big as well as the restaurant. Both area are nicely decorated with a lot of caracter.
- Location - This hotel is located in the center of Clermont-ferrand.
- Restaurant - As previously mentioned the restaurant is large. It is decorated intraditional style, with a homely feel to it. Arverne is the ideal hotel to stay for both groups and fits clients .They will appreciate the nice atmosphere and good comfort.
- Rooms - The rooms have been completely renovated and are of medium size, very clean, good condition, and they all got the name of a famous volcano or mountainas clermontferrand is in le puy de dome area.
