- Exterior - The lobby and public areas are a mixture of modern and contemporary styles and are open plan with a nice 24 hour bar. They offer a warm and comfortable welcome to guests.
- General - This is a 3 star tourist class property. (0699/0600KA)
- Lobby - It is small in size, but open plan with a spacious lounge. A few steps lead up to the staircase and the lift. These areas are not really sophisticated in style but the decor is tasteful and welcoming with pastel colours, wooden furniture with red material, many plants and chandeliers.
- Location - The hotel is in a southern suburb of Paris. It is on a large and lively avenue. The nearest metro is "Chatillon Montrouge" and three bus lines lead directly to the hotel; nos 194, 195 and 295.
- Restaurant - The "4 saisons" offers brasserie style food, in a modern setting.
- Rooms - The rooms are small and in good condition. They are modern and reasonably well equipped and all have a bath. Rooms are generally fan cooled.
