- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size, nicely decorated with a water feature. The area is bright and modern and offers a refreshing atmosphere as one enters the hotel.
- Location - The hotel is located in the centre of Cannes close to the popular Rue d'Antibes.
- Restaurant - The hotel's restaurant is just next door in the same building. Guests must exit the hotel to access the entrance door of the restaurant.
- Rooms - The medium sized rooms are attractively decorated in a modern style with a neutral colour scheme. The hotel provides all the comforts expected of a 3 star property. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in very good condition.
