- Location - The hotel is located in a relatively quiet, residential area approximately 10 minutes walk from the Croisette.
- Restaurant - The hotel offers a lounge, bar and breakfast room, all of which are slightly dull in apperance. However in addition, there is a small dining terrace which is lovely and quiet in the summer months.
- Rooms - All the rooms are very small and refreshingly furnished in pastel colours. The rooms and bathrooms are in a good condition.
