- Lobby - The lobby is open plan with the breakfast area and bar. The public areas are modern and comfortable, with high glazed windows giving plenty of natural light.
- Location - The hotel is in a southern suburb of Paris, in a modern and lively district. From central Paris guests can take the RER line B to "Arceuil-Cachan" directly in front of the hotel.
- Restaurant - There is no restaurant in the hotel, but guests can find small restaurants near to the hotel.
- Rooms - The rooms are small and between fair and poor condition. They are modern and basically equipped. Triple rooms are fitted with a double and 1 single bed.
