- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size very well decorated, with marble floor and reception desk, there a big tree just in the middle of the hall, therer are 2 lifts beside the reception desk and lovely modern furnitures.
- Location - Located in the city centre at 300 metres from the Quartz Congress Centre, at 10 kilometres, from Brest Guipavas International Airport and close to the TGV railway station.
- Restaurant - Ther restaurant is surrounded by a wall of mirrors, is very charming and every people can taste the best of the regional cuisine.
- Rooms - The rooms are very nice and modern, all with air conditioning, direct line phone, trousers press, hairdryer, colour TV satellite, and in each room there is a tea and coffee making facilities, the decorations are always clear and pleasant.
