- Exterior - The hotel is a modern, New building set within its own grounds that will be made into a park.
- General - This hotel is very pleasant and is extremely well kept and clean.It reflects the good standard of the chain it belongs to.03/02CD
- Lobby - The lobby is large and airy, it houses the bar and opens up onto the restaurant. The furnishings are functional but attractive.
- Location - The hotel is located at the motorway exchange, about 5 minutes drive from the city centre. Despite this, the area is not noisy as Beaune is only a very small town and traffic is never very heavy.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is attractive, fairly large and opens onto the terrace, swimming pool and garden. It serves traditional, regional cuisine as well as the more simple dishes, such as grills and salads and barbecues in summer around the pool.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are all standard in size with; 01 double bed, 01 single bed (also used as a sofa), a working desk and bathroom with separate toilet. The rooms are large and functional and in good condition.
