- Location - The hotel is located on the rue de la republique, Avignon's main street and within the town's old ramparts.

- Rooms - The rooms are large and vary in decor. They are furnished in pink and grey, in a basic traditional style, with good sized bathrooms. The condition of the rooms is good.
