- Lobby - The lobby is of large size with a spacious sitting area. It opens onto a bar where clients can relax. The lobby and all the hotel are decorated with comic strip paintings.
- Location - The hotel Mercure Angouleme is located 5 kms from city center.
- Restaurant - The restaurant "le 9eme art"is decorated with comic strip paintings. Hotel includes a swimming pool with a garden and 9 meeting rooms with modulablecapacity (from 10 to 200 people). 11/08/98 (from brochure)
- Rooms - The rooms are standard and small. They are all equipped with air-conditioning, radio and direct telephone, tv with canal plus and satelite channels.
