The building is surrounded by a courtyard or small private garden. The two wings of the Mansion shelter the fountain of the main courtyard decorated with vases. - Location - The hotel is five minutes from Aix en Provence city center and is beside the river l'Arc. A mill , le moulin de Verdaches was know to have occupied this site in 1303.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is listed in the prestigious michelin and gault & Millau guide books.The cuisine will delight you with harmonious and surprising flavous by mingling the native tang with a gourmet expertise.
- Rooms - The rooms vary in size from medium to large. Each room will delight you with its charm and nobility and opens either onto the main courtyard or on a small courtyard or on a small private garden.Both rooms and bathrooms are in exceptional condition.
