- Exterior - It is a modern building throughout, which has undergone a complete renovation. The theme throughout the hotel is based around art. The translation of 'ateljee' is 'gallery' or 'showroom'.
- General - This is a well located property with its own very characteristic style and design. (05/01EA)
- Lobby - The lobby area is medium sized and the reception is found immediately on the left upon entering the reception. The rest of the lobby is a mixture of seating and art exhibits.
- Location - The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Turku.
- Restaurant - A traditionally decorated wooden lounge bar and restaurant.
- Rooms - The rooms are designed in a modern style and the colours used compliment the large array of paintings and pieces of artwork dotted everywhere. Heavy use of blue colourings is seen in all the soft furnishings.
