- Exterior - It is an impressive high-rise modern structure which dominates the surrounding area.
- General - A high-standard hotel and arguably the best centrally-located property in the town. (05/01EA)
- Lobby - The lobby area is large and guests enter under an illuminated archway. There is some seating, although furnishing here is kept to a minimum.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the centre of Tampere, within easy walking distance of the city's shops and restaurants, as well as the waterfront.
- Restaurant - Located on the ground floor, the restaurant is a large area under a glass dome with a market atmosphere.
- Rooms - All rooms are large and in good condition, and almost all are decorated and furnished in exactly the same style. Most rooms have 2 large beds, chair and a dark or tan pine worktop. Curtains and bedclothes are light yellow, green or blue. Bathrooms are in good condition, with white and tan tiles.
