- Exterior - It is a modern resort and conference centre with extensive leisure and sports facilities contained in beautiful gardens.
- General - Despite being in the centre of Tampere, the hotel boasts a beautiful and unique location and is most definately a high quality product. From the sauna, possibility to go swimming to the lake. 12 jul 99

- Location - The Scandic hotel rosendahl has a scenic and tranquil location just outside the centre of Tampere, set amidst woodlands overlooking lake pyhajarvi.
- Restaurant - The restaurant has huge windows looking out across the water. Furnishings here, as with all public areas, are very modern and give the feeling of spaciousness. On the ground floor also winter garden, open summers only or on request. Small terrace.
- Rooms - Furnished fairly simply, but to a high standard, and many offer superb views. Renovated 97. Modern scandi style, large, with beige walls and blue/green colours. Bathrooms are big with beige and rosa, excellent condition.
