Hotel Reports
- Exterior - It is a modern building, part of a complex which includes a summer hotel and the old casino building.
- General - The hotel's public areas do have some nice ornaments and traditional pieces of furniture, but there is a feeling that some refurbishment is needed in order to bring the hotel back up to the level it should offer. Despite that, the location is superb and the hotel gives a tranquil setting for a stay in Savonlinna. Summer terrace, own beach, and health spa. 12 jul 99
- Lobby - The reception is fairly small, although it does lead through to a small cafe and seating area with window roof.
- Location - The spa casino hotel is situated next to the shore of an inland waterway, in the centre of town. A wooden pedestrian pier across the water connects the hotel to the main area of Savonlinna.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is simply furnished, it offers views of the lake.
- Rooms - The rooms are small to large and kept in fair condition. They are furnished without any frills but adequately. The small bathrooms are also in fair condition. Some renovated rooms with view from balcony to the river.
