- Exterior - The hotel is a four storey modern brown brick building.
- General - General- this is a good superior tourist property in a convenient location. This hotel has not been visited and therefore above report taken from a brochure. 17 jul 99
- Lobby - The lobby area is made up of mirrored panels and dark tiling on the walls. It appears to be of a medium size. The literature available is very limited on this hotel and does not feature any of the public places, but almost all provincial Cumulus hotels follow a similar pattern - that is to say the decor is modern throughout and the restaurant is a lively, more traditional looking room which is very popular with locals.
- Location - The Cumulus hotel is located in the centre of Oulu. It is an easy walk to the shopping centre and the waterfront.
- Restaurant -
- Rooms - Are small to average size with a minimum of furnishings, colours used are cream and grey.
