- Exterior - It is a 3 storey very modern building constructed from simple grey.
- General - There is also a small gym, solarium, pool of 14 meters, sauna bar. The sauna department is very beautiful with wood and high ceilings. Renovated. 12 jul 99
- Lobby - Lobby is medium and with grey marble. Luminous adjoining to lobby bar.
- Location - The Sokos Lappee is located in the heart of lappeenrata, within easy reach of all the towns shops and attractions.
- Restaurant - Sokos style country restaurant sevilla with orange/green/yellow and dark wood. Dooris night club for up to 700 peple, popular with locals. The lobby bar is very large, brown pub style deco, and very welcoming.
- Rooms - All renovated in 98 with cherry wood furniture, yellow walls and flower fabrics. Large and in very good condition. Bathrooms not renovated, light brown and white - tidy and fair size.
