- General - This is a pleasant hotel, in the centre of town, offering guests a good base to explore the area, while having a relaxing stay. (08/01 BL)
- Lobby - The lobby is small to medium in size and welcoming. There is a small seating area.
- Location - A sympathetic, homely hotel situated in the middle of Kouvola close to the main bus station and the train station.
- Restaurant - The Fransmanni restaurant serves local Finnish cuisine aswell as international dishes.
- Rooms - Rooms are large in size, with dark colours and carpets. All are in good codition and are fully equipped.
