- Exterior - This is a modern classy building, finished with Finnish beanstone and marble.
- General - Overall the hotel provides the comfort, luxury and service that one would expect from a hotel from this chain. One of the better properties in Helsinki. (01/01 BL)
- Lobby - The lobby and public areas are bright with plenty of natural daylight. They are built around a soaring atrium, constructed from locally quarried marble and complemented by specially commissioned glass sculptures.
- Location - The hotel is situated on the waterfront of Helsinki harbour and just a few minutes walk from downtown Helsinki.
- Restaurant - The renowned restaurant, serves the finest Finnish cuisine, specializing in game (bear also available). At the restaurant breakfast, seasonal buffets, light snacks and a la carte meals are served. Japanese breakfast is available on request. A pleasant dining experience.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and in very good condition. They are equipped to the highest standards expected from a hotel in this category. The bathrooms are also in very good condition.
