- Exterior - The building is part of a new development and has been designed like a modern office block.
- General - Despite being some distance from the town centre, the hotel is easily accessible, as there is public transport available directly in front of the hotel.(01/01 BL)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and modern, and the decor warm in an art nouveau' style.
- Location - The hotel is situated close to a major conference centre in the city suburbs, overlooking a well-kept residential area. The international airport is just a 15 minute drive and the city centre is within easy reach.
- Restaurant - There is a large Spanish restaurant serving international dishes in a cosy atmosphere.
- Rooms - The rooms are mainly single or combi-rooms, all small in size and kept in good condition, as this is a typical conference hotel. They are all modern in style, comfortable and well-maintained. The bathrooms are also in good condition.
