- Exterior - This is a modern, purpose-built hotel, featuring mainly glass and steel.
- General - This is a well maintained hotel, of high standard and in a perfect location. (01/01 BL)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size with a lot of mirrors and plenty of lights.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of Helsinki. It is in the middle of the shopping area, close to the central station and the harbour. An ideal location from which to discover Helsinki.
- Restaurant - Breakfast is served on the first floor. The main restaurant serves international dishes.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size. Rooms are decorated in warm, bright colours with wooden furniture. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in very good condition. Rooms are very Scandinavian in design, typical of this particular chain.
