- Exterior - Traditional Fijian Island resort with 66 thatched bures located throughtout the Resort. Bures are classified as Beach, Oceanview and Island.
- General - Castaway Island offers a true Fijian Island experience suitable for families, couples and honeymooners. September, 1999/VU1000
- Lobby - Centrally located lobby, right in front of the seaplane landing area and boat moorings.
- Location - Castaway Island lies 14 nautical miles west of Nadi International Airport in the waters of the Mamanuca Group. Accessible by Seaplane, Helicopter or catamaran.
- Restaurant - The a la carte restaurant Mokimokiti is located beachfront offering a varied menu under the stars. Sundowner Bar and Gourmet Pizza is also located beachfront offering wood-fire baked pizzas for Lunch and Dinner.
- Rooms - Spacious breeze-cooled thatched bures, each featuring traditional Fijian design with high roofs.
