Hotel Reports
- Exterior - It is a modern and uninspiring building built of predominantly grey brick, with a parking area to the front.
- General - This is a reasonable first class hotel with a location within walking distance of Tallinn's old city. (01/01 BL)
- Lobby - The lobby is small, although it is long and narrow with limited seating. It is decorated in a modern, businesslike style with smart green chairs and light marble tiles. The casino is to the left of reception.
- Location - The Park is situated 10 minutes walk from the centre of Tallinn and is also a short drive from the port. The area immediately surrounding the hotel is a mixture of residential and business, with a small park adjacent to the building.
- Restaurant - Is located on the ground floor near to reception and is a long, bright room which is relatively basic.
- Rooms - There are 2 principal types of room, both of which are medium-sized on average and in good condition. Garden rooms are used for doubles and singles and are smart and simple, with blue floral patterns and brilliant white paintwork. Park rooms are for twins and triples and are decorated in a slightly more colourful manner, with yellow and green patterns.
