- Exterior - It is very modern.
- General - This hotel is a good choice for superior tourist class groups. Donna taylor - august 1998
- Lobby - Open plan,are all basically but comfortably furnished in a modern style.
- Location - Is located on the banks of the river foss near the roman walls. It is only a few minutes walk from the city centre. York railway Station is about a mile from the hotel.
- Restaurant - Has views over the river and serves an basic International menu as well as a carvery. It is Spacous and decorated in an art deco style.
- Rooms - Are all identical in size and Shape. They each have a double bed and a sofa bed, Bath, shower, telephone, satellite tv and hospitality tray. Therooms are plainly decorated but are comfortable. Medium in size.
