Exterior - This fascinating Tudor manor is a traditional building originally built as a guest residence for the monks of nearby Evesham abbey. In 1602 a new wing was added. The whole building has now been lovingly restored as a beautiful hotel.

Location - This hotel is situated at Abbot's Salford about eight miles west of Stratford-on-Avon on the A439 road towards Evesham. The whole of the lovely Cotswolds and Shakespeare country are on the doorstep.
Restaurant - The Sanford restaurant is an attractive room with oak panelled walls, welcoming open fire place and richly embroidered hangings. It offers gourmet cuisine. 20/02/97.
Rooms - All the bedrooms, each named after historical personages connected with the hall are individually decorated with period furniture and luxurious fitments. They each have en-suite bathroom. The rooms appear to be large but probably vary in size due to the unique nature of each room.
