- Exterior - The hotel is a landmark in the village. It has a beautiful facade, crafted from Cotswold stone and a courtyard area with stunning gardens to the rear of the hotel. Very traditional.
- General - The hotel prides itself on its reputation as an exclusive hotel for the country set. The grounds, gardens and leisure club are stunning. (02/01 MJ)
- Lobby - The hotel has a welcoming desk rather than a lobby. It is very discreet and has the feel of a manor house or a club.
- Location - Situated in the main street in Broadway in the heart of the Cotswolds.
- Restaurant - The hotel prides itself on its haute cuisine and the restauarnt has always boasted of having some of the finest chefs in the country. It has a Michelin Star.
- Rooms - The rooms are beautiful with a traditional rustic design. Each room is individually decorated, with attention to detail uppermost. All are in very good condition, as are the bathrooms.
