- Exterior - This is a new building built around a courtyard.
- General - The leisure area features a swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, steam room and solarium. The hotel also has a 600-bay ncp carpark within a minutes's walk of the hotel. ****hotel not visited**** april 1998
- Lobby - This is large and Spacious with comfortable leather sofas.
- Location - This hotel is situated at the junction of boar lane and briggate, just a short walk from Leeds city railway station.
- Restaurant - dysons' restauarnt and bar serves traditional English food in a brasserie style, amongst the memorabilia of one of the country's most famous clock makers and jewellers. There is also 'john t's' which serves food ranging from salads to burgers and steaks.
- Rooms - The Spaious bedrooms all feature one or two double beds, air- conditioningand satellite tv. There are 8 suites and 38 rooms have extra large, king sized beds. More than half of the rooms are designated non-smoking.
