- Exterior - It is an extremely modern building.
- General - The hotel has a leisure centre offering; a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, plunge pool, gym, solarium and dance studio. (0898/0400ka)
- Lobby - The lobby is large and modern, featuring departure and arrival times of the planes at gatwick.
- Location - The hotel is located next to the main south terminal building, at gatwick airport, and is linked by a walkway from the hotel into the centre of the airport.
- Restaurant - The garden restaurant is fine dining, amy's restaurant and the lobby bar offer a variety of food, and the jockey bar serves snacks. The hotel also has two bars.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are medium in size, very modern and have full facilities. The Bathrooms are well designed and equipped, and there are non smoking and disabled rooms also available.
