- General - This is a sweet hotel which resembles a public house but with lots of bedrooms. (02/01DT)
- Lobby - The hotel lobby is small and neat with a few seats and a reception desk. The decor is traditional with floral prints and wooden furnishings
- Location - This hotel is situated in the centre of Crawley and is close to the main high street.
- Restaurant - The hotel restaurant has seasonal specialities and typical English pub food in the hotel bar. This restaurant is also popular with the locals.
- Rooms - The hotel has 83 rooms and they are small and medium in size with hairdryer, telephone, tv and tea / coffee making facilties. The decor is basic with a few pieces of furniture and floral wallpaper. Most rooms are in good condition.
