- Exterior - The hotel is a landmark building in Brighton with an impressive Victorian facade.
- General - As a landmark hotel,the queen's is an impressive property in Brighton.
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and has benefited greatly from the recent refurbishment. It is white and gold.
- Location - The queen's hotel has a prime location on the promenade close to the pier and the lanes.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is large and traditional catering both for groups and fits. The large bar area with its high ceiling and balconies is now a very impressive feature.
- Rooms - All rooms and public areas have been renovated and were completed by june 1999. The rooms are in good condition, although as of august 1999 the hotel were awaiting new furniture for some of the larger rooms. The Bathrooms are in excellent condition.
