- Exterior - The hotel has a modern, purpose-built facade with glass frontage and awning.
- General - The hotel guests can use the leisure facilities at the nearby Metropole Hotel which boasts an indoor pool, saunas, steam room, fitness centre, solarium and a night club and bar. The hotel's location is particularly good as some rooms have sea views and it is close to the town centre. (02/01 MJ)
- Lobby - The hotel lobby is medium in size and modern.
- Location - The hotel is situated in a prime position in the centre of Brighton, on the Promenade. It is close to the Palace Pier and the 7 miles of seafront.
- Restaurant - The hotel's restaurant serves both set and a la carte menus. The hotel also has a cocktail bar.
- Rooms - Each of the 125 bedrooms is decorated to a very high standard as befitting one of the most prestigious properties in Brighton. All are medium to large in size.
