- General - Guests have extensive use of leisure facilities which is complimentary. April 1998
- Lobby - The lobby is small and tradtional in decor with lounge area with open fires and flagstone floors.
- Location - The forest of arden is set in a 10,000 acre packington Park estate, and features a deer Park and trout lakes.
- Restaurant - The broadwater restaurant offers both British and French cuisine with high beamed ceilings and good views over the lake. There are 2 cocktail bars.
- Rooms - The 154 rooms are medium in size and are kept in good condition along with the Bathrooms. Rooms are in good decor with full facilities.
