- Exterior - This is a low rise, modern hotel with a large lighthouse looking feature on the roof of the hotel.
- General - This is an ideal hotel for those both using the airport and for visiting the NEC.RH 04/03
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size.
- Location - The hotel is situated at Birmingham airport and is well placed for visiting the NEC which is a five minute drive away.
- Restaurant - The hotels restaurant is situated just off the lobby, as is the hotel bar. The bar serves a variety of snacks and the restaurant serves an a la carte menu.
- Rooms - The bedrooms have all been recently decorated, are medium in size and have full facilities such as iron/ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities.
